"Guild Master of the Akihabara Creators, an officially neutral guild where creativity reigns supreme. Born to an English parent, he's been strictly trained in the ways of the English gentleman, which brings with it a certain dry wit and biting cynicism he can use to mask his own feelings and hide his true intentions. In spite of this upbringing, however, he's largely adopted a more open and logistical personality, and has made a real name for himself as an unparalleled computer genius, with an innate clarity of thought that's gifted him the ability to see through virtually any deception or disguise. Using this gift, he's focused his efforts on trying to crack the human equation, attempting to pinpoint the exact boundary that separates humans from non-humans. This naturally led him to develop a creative and independent artificial intelligence, earning him some fame as a ""creator who creates creators."" Unfortunately, it's also caused him to take note of the cruel nature shared by each of the Guild Masters here in this Tokyo that now stands connected to 23 other worlds. Earlier in his life, he was diagnosed with a hormonal imbalance and received hormone therapy to keep the problem in check. He has a particular fondness for Therians due to their natural differences from humans, though he harbors an uncontrollable, seemingly irrational feeling toward a particular guildmate of his who has a penchant for experiments in physiological alteration."

Guildmaster of the Akihabara Creators and a British-Japanese who was strictly taught the ways of an English gentleman. He also uses toxic sarcasm and jokes to always keep his true feelings hidden. Turing however also has clear mathematical thought processes and computer ingenuity behind his training. His natural born clear thoughts can see through all deception and disguises. Eventually his interest turned towards the calculation valuation of humans, which is to say the boundary between humans and nonhumans, and the clarification thereof. His scientific achievements reached the point of making a creative artificial intelligence, making him famous as a creator who made a creator. He knows of the cruel nature of the commonalities of the guildmasters in Tokyo. Turing was diagnosed with a sexual imbalance in the past and put through chemical rehabilitation. He has great love for nonhuman beings, especially those categorized as therians. But when it comes to the science lady who loves chemical changes who is in the same guild as him, he feels complicated emotions beyond his control.

"Tuaring's Sacred Artifact is a Logic Bomb that takes the form of a suspiciously vibrant red apple, intentionally calling to mind the poisoned apple from one of Tuaring's favorite childhood stories, Snow White. The Rule this unusual artifact bears allows it to see through any deception or disguise and overwrite the data of whosoever stands within its area of effect. These Logic Bombs have been integrated into the devices used by members of the Creators, left there like land mines to ensure that anyone foolish enough to access data on those devices without proper authorization would have their own data (along with whatever external information happened to be in their possession) exposed and extracted. And just as an added layer of protection, a swarm of AI is also present behind all of this to ensure the whole process runs smoothly on the back end. Although this may seem invasive, it actually gives the Creators a bit of an upper hand in the information war among the many Tokyo guilds. The only problem is, there is a defined limit to what even the most cutting-edge technology can achieve, and Tuaring has found himself pressed up against that wall. To break through it, he's decided drastic measures may be required, including a furthering of technological progress in ways that have never been conceived of before. And so Tuaring continues his research with one single phrase repeatedly echoing through his head, spoken to him in a hushed whisper by a certain someone he holds in high esteem: ""the seventh revolution."""

Turing uses a logic bomb Sacred Artifact that appears as a red poisonous apple, which he patterned after the story of Snow White that he loves. It has the power to destroy any disguise and deception and overwrite the information of anyone touched by it. There are a countless number of these bombs set within the Akihabara guild's information systems like landmines. It's said that any foolish invader who trips one will be made to spill all their information instead. Additionally there is an iron wall of artificial intelligences protecting them behind the scenes. As such, the Akihabara Creators have a uniquely superior position when it comes to the information war in Tokyo. Turing's path however has been blocked off and stopped by a certain technological wall. Turing has concluded that breaking through this wall will require a revolutionary technique he cannot come up with himself. He continues studying while keeping the keyword of the Seventh Revolution a certain somebody has whispered to him.

Notes
- Turing is a native Tokyoite that is based around Alan Turing, an English mathematician and cryptanalyst, that was instrumental in WW2 in aiding with decoding of the enigma machine.
- His Sacred Artifact, the logic bomb, is based on one of the machines Alan Turing helped in the creation with known as the "Bombe" which was used to decode the enigma machine's cyphers.
- Turing's appearance and the appearance of his Sacred Artifact as a poisoned apple is a reference to Alan's favorite fairytale "Snow White" and during his death of poisoning, there was an eaten apple beside him.
