Transient from the world of Utopia with heterochromia. After a long and meandering journey, she is now attending Shinjuku Academy's elementary school department. Quantum shows great expertise in advanced physics and draws heavy attention from educators for gifted students. Sometimes she says sassy things, but at her core she's a friendly, lonely soul. Quantum is a test subject for Utopia's acceleration technology, just like a senpai at school who likes to garden. This test has enabled Quantum to be anywhere and everywhere, which comes with the side effect of often disappearing from sight. That in turn makes her adore her horrifying homeroom teacher who goes "boo! I found you!." She often competes with a class and grademate who also wants this teacher's attention. Quantum possesses a small laboratory Sacred Artifact that she carries around as a backpack. When activated, the following procedures are performed: a State A Quantum and a Not State A Quantum both materialize at the same time. Then, an observer decides which of the two to verify the existence of. This artifact is also able to perform this process on any enemies captured inside as well. It seems this action is a result of Tokyo's System tuning it to prevent contradictions. The app UI lists Quantum as a Zero type, meaning her existence is under question. If no one is observing Quantum, she is treated as not existing anywhere in Tokyo. She sympathizes a lot with a certain party going sage who also does not exist in this world.

ランドセルとして背負った、小型実験室の「神器」。クアンタムが「何処にでもいて、何処にもいない」存在になった理由。「権能」を発動すると、以下のような手続きが行われる。まず「状態Aであるクアンタム」と「状態Aではないクアンタム」の２人が同時に発生する。そこから最初の１人の観測によって「存在承認」が与えられ、どちらかの状態に確定するのだ。持ち主のみならず、この「神器」内に捕らえた敵対者に対しても同様の処理が行われる。この挙動は、東京の「システム」上で矛盾なく動作するよう調整された結果らしい。「アプリ」における表示は「零」、すなわち不在証明を表すもの。クアンタムは観測されていない限り、この東京の何処にもいない存在として扱われる。同じ「この世の中にはいない仲間」の某パリピ仙人とは、共感することが多々あるようだ。
