Student space mercenary modified by the future world Utopia's technology. Those able to fight in space without any specialized equipment are known as Starmen. Willie's personality is bright and cheerful, and his actual age is much younger than his appearance would suggest. He speaks like a senpai, but much of it is stuff drilled into him by his teachers that he's repeating verbatim. They say when things get tough, he mentally regresses and starts calling for his mommy and daddy while half in tears. Many of his squadmates are therians with accelerated physical growth and uplifted clone animal intelligence. The small arms and equipment he has isn't commonly used by normal people, and the kickback from using them causes the equipment to wear out a lot. Willie is said to be part of the guild of augmentors so he can adapt himself to present day outside environments. If the time comes for you to join the same battlefield as him, then maybe you'll be able to stand as a comrade in arms with him as Willie defines it. He has admiration for the sailor once known as Seaman. He displays enough skill using long range weapons to get the respect of his kouhais.
