Wisemen
A guild where the wise gather, touting itself on the surface as a student think tank. In actuality, it survives primarily by exchanging its members' own painstakingly collected intel for the martial protection of other guilds.—Affiliation Description
The Wisemen, referred in full as the Hongo Wisemen, is a guild located in Hongo, Bunkyo Ward.
Its Guild Master is 
Duo, and the Vice Guild Master is 
Shuichi.
Overview
The Wisemen focuses itself on information-gathering and critical analysis, putting themselves as a key resource in informational warfare; this is most notable with the pair of brothers Duo and Shuichi. Shuichi collects a vast amount of information into his Sacred Artifact,[1] and Duo is able to use that information as valuable data to conduct detailed thought experiments.[2] While they seem to be a research group, they are more akin to an arms dealer who sells information to interested groups in exchange for payment, information, or protection.
Shuichi acts as the manager for the Wisemen, often handling most of the guild's business with other groups.
Their affiliation icon is a celestial globe in the shape of a computer monitor and keyboard.
