Prior to the attack on the Summoners, Ophion, Lucifuge, and the Tycoons guild master, {{Transient icon|Licht}}, discuss their plans to take full control of the Shinjuku and Minato wards. However, as Ophion entrusts Lucifuge with dealing with the still weakened [[Missionaries]] while hiding his intent to eventually eliminate him from their shared leadership, he actively ignores Licht's attempts to voice his own opinion. Once Ophion leaves his wyverns in charge of protecting the base as he leaves to head the attack, Hakumen's bodyguard, {{Transient icon|Xolotl}}, is approached by Licht and his personal maid, {{Transient icon|Melusine}}, about tracking down Tsathoggua as a way to find Hakumen. Eager to return to his mistress' side, Xolotl hurries of to perform his job, leaving Licht and Melusine alone to discuss their own plan: the worthless figurehead the rest of the guild see him as is nothing more than a ruse Licht allowed in order for Ophion, Lucifuge, and Hakumen to destroy each other. Having reasoned that Ophion sent Lucifuge, whose toxic 'moondwarves' could eliminate him and any wyverns he creates from his Egg Sacred Artifact, to attack the Missionaries as a way to ensure that {{Transient icon|Arsalan}} will weaken him, Licht intends to form an 'alliance' with the weaker guilds in order to usurp control out from under both of them once they've spread themselves too thin.
Cut to Shinjuku. Even though the Summoners manage to escape the safehouse, it soon becomes clear that most of the Tycoons' forces were sent to grab Tsathoggua, forcing them to constantly teleport out of danger. However, Tsathoggua eventually reaches his limit, leading them to become surrounded. Trapped and with Shiro struggling to come up with a way out, Kengo, Ryota, and Hanuman fight off their attackers while the {{Transient icon|Protagonist}} stands guard over Tsathoggua.

Roppongi Tycoons - The Skyscraper's Ode To Supremacy
Chapter 6: Tycoons - Tower of Tyranny- is the sixth accessible Chapter of the Main Quest, beginning in the Shinjuku and Minato Ward. It consists of ten scenarios, most of which have multiple parts.
In this chapter, the Tycoons, despite their fragmented loyalty, wage war on the other guilds in an attempt to lure out Tsathoggua and use him for their own ends. The Protagonist and the Summoners are caught in the middle as they are drawn into a web of deceit, manipulation, and sabotage among one of the strongest guilds in West Tokyo.
Narration begins, speaking for the thoughts of Ophion. Narration reveals that, in his mind, blood is the deciding factor on who should rule and, after his defeat and exile from Olympus, he strives to become the dominant ruler of Tokyo.
At a safehouse near Shinjuku Station, one of several controlled by the Summoners thanks to their previous business with Claude, the guild, along with Tsathoggua and Hanuman, relaxes for the weekend despite Shiro's attempts to have a normal meeting. Once he gets everyone under control, Shiro informs the guild that, after the fiasco at Tokyo Casino, he did some digging around and found out about the infighting among the Tycoons' hierarchy, with Option and Lucifuge in charge of one faction and the other headed by Tsathoggua and Hakumen. With Hakumen currently missing and Tsathoggua now in their custody, Ophion and Lucifuge, despite the existence of an unknown guild master, now stand as the de facto leaders of the Tycoons. Tsathoggua then steps forward to fill in some details: the Tycoons are merely an alliance of top authority figures in Roppongi that assign rankings based on social standing within the guilds forces, with their guild master being no more than a figurehead needed to allow their guild to exist. He also provides knowledge on the abilities and personalities of Ophion and Lucifuge, including an attempt by Ophion to lure him to his side due to his powers not being tethered to the APP's rules, something he claims Shiro can due thanks to his own artifact.
As the guild struggles to come up with a plan to deal with the new threat, Ryota, who briefly left to restock their snacks, warns the guild that they are currently surrounded by attackers Ophion sent to look for Tsathoggua. Tsathoggua insists on teleporting them out, but Shiro, worried that the erratic use of that power might overtax the Old One, resolves to have the guild fight its ways through the limited number of opposition so they can slip by.
Prior to the attack on the Summoners, Ophion, Lucifuge, and the Tycoons guild master, Licht, discuss their plans to take full control of the Shinjuku and Minato wards. However, as Ophion entrusts Lucifuge with dealing with the still weakened Missionaries while hiding his intent to eventually eliminate him from their shared leadership, he actively ignores Licht's attempts to voice his own opinion. Once Ophion leaves his wyverns in charge of protecting the base as he leaves to head the attack, Hakumen's bodyguard, Xolotl, is approached by Licht and his personal maid, Melusine, about tracking down Tsathoggua as a way to find Hakumen. Having reasoned that Ophion sent Lucifuge, whose toxic 'moondwarves' could eliminate him and any wyverns he creates from his Egg Sacred Artifact, to attack the Missionaries as a way to ensure that Arsalan will weaken him, Licht intends to form an 'alliance' with the weaker guilds in order to usurp control out from under both of them once they've spread themselves too thin.
Trapped and with Shiro struggling to come up with a way out, Kengo, Ryota, and Hanuman fight off their attackers while the Protagonist stands guard over Tsathoggua.
It is important to know that Tetsuya possesses in this quest a skill (likely Gambler) that grants him Crit++ATK Up by 3x ~ 6x for 1 turn (Buff) when attacking; be mindful that it can easily wipe your units in range if you get unlucky especially during phase 2. If possible, attempt to keep him away from the middle cell so you can easily abuse AI behavior or patch up your units before moving back up.
