Overview

Ellie

Ellie, the Vampiric Queen of Kabukicho and Guild Mistress of the Outlaws, certainly lives up to her high titles. With an impressive arsenal of five different debuffs to afflict enemies with and three buffs for herself and her team, she can reliably fit into many team compositions. Though her range is Slash, she is able to affect enemies in up to five squares above her targets both by moving and simply attacking, granting her a deceptively large area of dominance. She can also directly support her team with VigorATK Up by 1.2x ~ 2.4x for 3 turns (Buff) and Guts+1HP when HP is at 0 at the end of the turn for 5 turns. Removed once activated. (Buff), as well as use her increased horizontal movement to easily reposition, while keeping herself safe with EvasionDEF Up by 0.01x ~ 0.005x for 1 turn (Buff) as long as she has enough enemies to hit. Of course, Ellie would not be a true vampiress without the signature bite, cleverly utilized in her CS that allows her to enthrall up to three enemies, ensuring they will fight and kill for their Queen before they are allowed to fall.

Highlights

Ellie

Class: Mixed Support, Glass Cannon

Gameplay Role: Offensive Support, Debuffer, Damage Dealer

Pros

+ Five different debuffs that extend beyond her attack range to minimize enemy threats.

+ Can boost her team's damage with reliable Vigor and keep them alive with Guts, while doing impressive damage herself thanks to BrawnATK Up by 1.15x ~ 2.3x for 4 turns (Buff) and her advantage against DarknessATK Down by 0.9x ~ 0.45x, block CS activation for 3 turns (Debuff)-afflicted enemies.

+ CS allows for a potent PossessionBlock CS activation and on-attack skills, vertically reflect range, disables ability to hit enemies, and enable friendly fire for 2 turns. (Debuff), while targets who may be immune to it will still be reliably stalled.

Cons

- Most of her skills' activation rates are high but not quite guaranteed, requiring skill seeding or Glint+10% skill activation rate for 2 turns (Buff)/ ConcentrationATK Up by 1.1x ~ 2.2x, skill activation rate +10% for 2 turns (Buff) to maximize reliability.

- Relies entirely on Evasion to survive threats she has not been able to debilitate, which will not always be up.

- Long range threats can easily shut her down without proper support.
