他所で馴染む事ができなかった、東京のはぐれ者たちが集う新宿歌舞伎町。

そこを拠点とするのが、数多のギルドが併存する新宿区でもその名を知られる強豪ギルド・歌舞伎町アウトローズである。

テツギュウは、ギルドの切り込み隊長を自認するはぐれ「転光生」であり、その膂力には周囲から一目置かれている。しかし「あまり頭が回らない」と自認しており、大事な判断を、そして何もかもを自分が認めた主に委ねてしまう傾向がある。それだけならまだしも、独特な死生観を持つ彼が戦場を喜ぶのは、「尊敬を捧げた主と死を共にできるから」。その召喚主サモナーたる人物が「もし彼の尊敬を得てしまったのなら」、その後の付き合い方には非常に苦労するに違いない。

集団対集団戦を最も得意とし、彼が獲物を振るわば味方は意気を上げ、敵は紙くずのように戦場を舞う。その連撃は黒き旋風の如し、何もかもをあらゆるモノを「巻き込み」大きくなる。その中心に在る彼の命尽きるまで、いくらでも大きくなっていく――
