"Transmutation students" with cyber brains that have the ability to transmit and process certain signals. Many people in Tokyo are engaged in communications, intelligence and security activities. It may lend its power to the summoner who is close to its ecology and way of being, as a master-servant, as a friend, or as a neighbor.
