On paper, Licht is a leading member of the Roppongi guild, Tycoons. His actual position, however is largely that of a figurehead and he has no real power within their ranks. Mixed race, with German and Japanese parents, and occasionally mixes German into his speech. A hopeless military otaku to the point of wearing military uniform styled outfits as casual wear. He is a member of the art club at his high school and considers art his second great passion, though he's not very good at it. That said, Licht admires those who do have the gift of artistry.
Through the power of his rule, his speech enters the hearts of those who bear darkness in their heart, gaining their undying support. Could his puppet position within the Tycoons be because the guild executives are not the sort of people this ability can affect? With his sacred treasure, the heritage plundering catalog, he conspires to take command of the Tycoons himself. But despite his grandiose schemes of domination and conquest, what he longs for deep down is a friend.
