{{Transient icon|Azazel}} is your traditional cleric with good durability thanks to Tenacity, with LB1 serving as a good passive heal thanks to Blessing, Tenacity also helps with his LB2, being a welcome CP boost to his allies whenever necessary. His LB3 is a welcome rarity, it may have no additional effects, but progressive buff-removal is great when it matters, considerably helping him and his allies. His charge skill is also the traditional heal per enemy hit, which quickly adds up and can perhaps define his role as a healer. He’s a curious case of being able to approach offensive or defensive buffs or CP steroids, since thanks to Purge, his Charge and his element, no pesky buff can stop him.

These effects may be beneficial in certain situations, but he is far better off being used just for his Evolved LB3.

'''Pros'''

+ Traditional increased durability thanks to Default Tenacity on demand.
+ Base kit allows him to provide decent durability for himself as well as healing and CP for allies.

+ LB1 Blessing serves as a moderate passive heal with great effect range, which paired with his great Charge, can quickly add up healing effects.
+ Evolved LB3 allows him to provide impressive offensive support, leaving enemies few options for survival.

+ LB2 can add CP for his allies if you’re willing to expose him, which is encouraged thanks to Default.
+ Thanks to Weakness on attack, providing him one offensive buff allows him to become a potent damage dealer.

+ LB3 serves to eliminate enemy buffs progressively, which spreads to a great amount thanks to his attack range.
+ CS lets him have some sustain for himself too should he be used to tank hits, as long as it hits enough targets.

'''Cons'''
'''Cons'''

- Despite having a great effect range, LB1 has a so-so proc rate.
- The effects of moving are modest and will not always reach his team.

- LB2 needs him to be durable and under good positioning if he wants to approach it, making Tenacity a bit of a necessity.
- Needs to always be the team leader for his team to benefit from Weakness, making a support Azazel less effective.

- Relies mostly on Charge for his fantastic healing.

Overview

Azazel

Azazel is an old unit whose base kit offers little. Fortunately, he received a very potent Skill Evolution that arguably adds more than his entire base kit, turning him into a potent disabler and offensive support. High rate WeaknessDEF Down by 1.2x ~ 2.4x for 1 turn (Debuff) gives him decent damage and amplifies his allies' while Skill LockCannot activate skills for 5 turns. (Debuff) prevents enemies from fighting back should they survive. Should any skills come through to buff enemies, he can also remove them at decent rate, while also providing his allies with some sustain just by attacking. What remains is his base kit which can only be utilized by moving, allowing him to provide his team further healing and CP with some durability for himself. These effects may be beneficial in certain situations, but he is far better off being used just for his Evolved LB3.
