大田区・窯多（かまた）工業高等専門学校に隣接する、旧い町工場を改装した実習工場に半ば住み着いている現場派教授である。
体の一部を失った技術者たちが多く集う「神器」強化集団、蒲田ギルド・クラフターズのお目付け役。
ギルドメンバーの油断や不注意を胴間声で怒鳴りつける、老練の鍛冶師である。
その肩に担ぐ大槌の「神器」は彼の一部であり、嵐を起こす竜そのもの。
大きく開いた口から突風を巻き起こし、狙ったものを必ず吹き飛ばす。
