R-19 is saved by Child+, Insight may sound minor, but due to his LB3, it’s a heavily coveted buff by similar peers in his area of utility, which lies in giving Critical to allies and himself, exponentially increasing their and his damage (granted said allies lack any way to do it themselves). His Charge is usable at best, Paralysis is a rare and neat ailment for some circumstances, and will serve well as a form of “Fear”, which by itself is great to set up enemies for you to attack. However, bear in mind he’s only useful if he has considerable amounts of investment (LB1 upgrade, LB3 and high/full skill level) and appreciates any form of party support due to his standard durability through defensive buffs. He works extremely well with Unknown icon.pngMobster, allowing his damage and buffing to be exploited to dramatic levels.

Class: Offensive Support, Glass Cannon

Gameplay Role:

Pros

+ Thanks to LB1 upgrade, Insight by moving greatly helps his LB2 and LB3, especially the latter.

+ LB3 is known for being fantastic as means to exponentially increase his and his horizontal allies’ damage, a highly coveted buff that greatly helps those who lack it. He must be leader of the party in order to approach this skill to the fullest.

+ Charge is particularly noteworthy for Paralysis, a rare, movement-limiting ailment that can seldom cripple certain move-based characters.

Cons

- Requires movement in order to make LB1 work, which in turn makes LB3 sufficiently competent to work.

- LB2, while not too bad, doesn’t work all that well for him due to his barely standard durability.

- Due to Paralysis being a very rare enemy ailment, Default is next to useless.
