===☆3/☆5 Gabriel===
{{Transient icon|Duo}}'s an unusually modest, albeit idle support, supplying amazing defensive momentum through LB1 and helping his allies’ proc rates through LB3, besides a push in CP which can make him a pseudo-battery. His Charge is situational, but shines in situations where allies are being thrown bags of ailments. Sadly, Default and LB2 are mostly a bonus, with Charge being useless if no ailments are present, and LB2 needing him to be hit, he has no noticeable durability prior, which can be an issue. Both versions are technically the same, but given they’re mostly defined by LB3 and that 5☆ has Insight at a very high rate thanks to it applying to himself too, you may want to consider which version you’ll pick because of affordability and team Cost. His skill-evolved [[Fount of Wisdom+]] gives him the unique trait of being able to bestow two skill activation rate buffs at a very generous rate, enabling him to make a number of situational luck-based strategies viable.

{{Transient icon|Gabriel}} is a pure healer and support, her healing is moderate thanks to Blessing, but where she truly shines is with LB3, Insight is a buff that can quite help some characters with lower proc rates. Her Charge serves as a moderate CP battery and fills its role fairly well, reaching it sooner thanks to LB1 too. She has no positioning issues thanks to LB2 and while LB3 is mostly momentum-based, it’s still good. Luckily, 3☆ and 5☆ are basically the same thing, so consider 3☆ Gabriel for availability, less space and less budget spent. On the downside, what she can do can kind of be outdone by other supports within her own element and attack range, though you can emphasize on her Charge and LB3 to make her stand out.

===☆4 Valentine Gabriel===

{{Transient icon|Gabriel|rarity=4|variant=Valentine}} is a different version of Gabriel, namely the fact she sacrifices both her great Light element and her amazing Insight for sustained damage through Berserk, something the original Gabriel can only wish to have, which also makes her far less durable. Her healing remains decent, mostly through the occasional Blessing. Her Charge is excellent and arguably better than the original Gabriel for having healing effects besides CP and the huge damage boost Berserk gives. Besides the fact she’s now weak to Water, that LB1 and LB3 have a rather redundant effect and LB3’s Blessing also applying to enemies (something 5☆ Harlot/Babalon thanks), she’s a worthy asset if you’re looking for high spread damage and you can find a way to pump her CP for her amazing Charge, but only that, you should consider it a miracle if she takes a hit at all if you don’t feed her defensive buffs or find ways to reduce incoming damage.

'''Class:''' Defensive Support

'''Gameplay Role:''' Skill Activation Rate Augmenter

'''Gameplay Role:'''

'''Pros'''
'''Pros'''

+ Default Blessing serves as a moderate passive heal with great effect range as well.
+ Amazing defensive momentum for his allies thanks to Evasion, which lends a free turn without having to worry about damage at all.

+ LB1 boosts her CP to reach her great Charge earlier, which by itself is a nice CP battery for her and her allies.

+ LB2 allows her to be a fairly good positioner.

+ LB3 gives Insight in a pretty good effect range, increasing proc rates makes for some interesting combinations, especially allies with mediocre proc rates.

'''Cons'''

- Default has a so-so proc rate despite its great effect range.

- LB1 is only really approached if you move her, with its effect a bit of a bad tradeoff compared to other characters who benefit their party by moving.
+ LB2 can make him a little sturdier thanks to the aptly named Defense Up buff.

- LB3 is outclassed by other more-common trigger methods, the healing can be outdone by any damage as well.
+ LB3 turns him into a formidable CP battery increases his allies’ proc rates thanks to Insight, which makes room for curious interactions.

===☆4 Valentine Gabriel===
+ Able to bestow two proc rate buffs with [[Fount of Wisdom+]] at a better activation rate while augmenting damage output

'''Class:''' Glass Cannon, Healer
+ Charge can be good to erase most ailments for him and his allies.

'''Gameplay Role:'''

'''Pros'''

+ Fairly good damage output thanks to Default Berserk.

+ LB1/LB3 has Blessing as a nice passive heal buff with great effective range.

+ Charge is fantastic, with its small healing adding up to the rest of her skills and boasting of formidable damage.

'''Cons'''
'''Cons'''

- Her durability becomes terrible under Berserk, with no way to patch it up and is almost guaranteed to die against a hit from Water.
- Sadly, Default is mostly a bonus due to his Charge being moderately situational.

- LB2, despite having an overly guaranteed proc rate, is not that of a good heal and takes moving to proc it, with mediocre effect range.
- LB1, while amazing, is very short-lived, it won’t happen again until a new level begins.

- LB3 is kind of useless with LB1 existing, what with it applying itself to enemies hit as well (something 5☆ Harlot/Babalon loves, at least).
- LB2 needs him to be hit, without any form to be durable before it procs, if it does.

Duo's an unusually modest, albeit idle support, supplying amazing defensive momentum through LB1 and helping his allies’ proc rates through LB3, besides a push in CP which can make him a pseudo-battery. His skill-evolved Fount of Wisdom+ gives him the unique trait of being able to bestow two skill activation rate buffs at a very generous rate, enabling him to make a number of situational luck-based strategies viable.
