Translated from Japanese A Transient from the world of Olympus. She attends a school in Taito Ward specialized for fashion designers, and she has a very strong artistic spirit. She is magnificently molded from the shadows of the world and is famed as an expert in fabrics, but due to a certain incident she has been turned into a spider. Arachne is always seeking new inspiration for her designs, and she belongs to a guild of expressionists known as the Akihabara Creators. Her reason for living can be felt through her constant improvements for her personal best and her continuing efforts to make her greatest masterpiece. As she is very self-assured, there are many times when she has been seen as haughty. She wants to dress up those with little interest in fashion, though she's under the dilemma over how difficult it is to bring out their charm.

This includes unconscious desires and deep-rooted anxieties, all of which Arachne's Rule brings to the fore in the form of clothing, giving shape to the patterns she sees and allowing her to make beautiful garments from even the most repressed of insecurities. Back in her home world, this caused quite a stir when Arachne dug up the internal conflicts of an influential superior and put them on display for all to see in the form of a tapestry, resulting in her spider form and subsequent banishment to Tokyo. This spider form gives Arachne some resemblance to a certain other spider, which causes Transients from the world of the Old Ones to regard her with mixed feelings. Aside from being able to determine the forms of what her power highlights, Arachne also happens to have the skills to make them into clothes and accessories. She dearly wishes for her works to be recognized by the world at large and to show off her personal fashion brand. Since she resembles a certain spider, she tends to evoke various emotions in a certain Transient from Old Ones.

Translated from Japanese Arachne is a fashion designer who dreams of conquering Tokyo, and one day other worlds. Her theme is to bring out the hidden Shadows of those who wear her clothes and make them shine. Arachne wonders whether it's possible to express it through the aspect of fashion as opposed to keeping it hidden or laid bare in stark detail. For that reason, she's challenging herself to try multiple things so she can handle all kinds of scenes, even when the risks seem reckless. Today is another day she jumps out beneath the shining summer sun enveloped in her pride. Perhaps the clothes she's wearing now are also addressing something hidden within her. If someone comes up and says exposing everything under the light of day is a good thing, conflict is inevitable.
