Overview

Aizen's skillset sets the bar extremely high for an excellent, efficient and strong character, his Default heavily compliments his LB skills, LB1 is awesome for both applying Bind on hit and dealing increased damage to enemies with it, paired with Concentration's damage and proc rate buffs bolsters his damage considerably. LB2 makes him more enduring and whoever is behind him too, which is a welcome trait for protecting his allies on top of his LB3, which is his peak of effectiveness, this skill by itself is amazing, he becomes an extremely solid CP battery and applies Tenacity to allies around him (with 5☆ having a bigger effective range and a fantastic heal), many characters have Tenacity to self, but Aizen brings it a step further by applying it to his party. His Charge lets him share Concentration with others for a bit, making for some potentially broken interactions depending on the characters he’s with. There’s nearly no downside to him, he can do anything and everything except remove/prevent status ailments.

Class: Bruiser, Mixed Support

Gameplay role:

Pros

+ An amazing Default that heavily compliments the rest of his skill set through increased damage and proc rates.

+ A similarly amazing LB1, applying Bind to nullify skill casting and reducing damage all the same while increasing his due to the skill itself+Default.

+ LB2 helps him and his allies be sturdier and take more hits, with LB3 further adding to his and his party’s endurance as well as other very nice boons, turning him into a CP battery (and great healer if 5☆).

+ An amazing Charge for both damage and giving Concentration to others, a rare and amazing buff that helps with proc rates.

Cons

- If Default doesn’t happen or runs out, his damage and proc rates will see a considerable drop.

- He may have a lot of damage reduction, but a clean hit of burst damage or being attacked way too much can shut him down, especially from Water.

- LB3 Tenacity is short-lived by nature, it demands constant movement of him if you want to steadily approach it, making it almost an obligation to do it and a very recommended thing to do, even with 3☆ lack of healing and shorter effect range.
